Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Check⚲n application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the App.

2. Description of Service

Check⚲n is an attendance tracking application that utilizes Google Sheets for data storage. The App allows users to create attendance sheets, generate QR codes, and track attendance data.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the App. By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content.

You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of posting or publishing it.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Inclusive Creation and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Inclusive Creation, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
